2. Can I use more than one pet in a single design?

Yes! We offer multi-pet designs for most of our products. You can upload photos of each pet during customization.

3. What types of pets do you support?

We can illustrate dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, and more! As long as the image is clear, we can create magic.

4. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, we offer optional gift packaging at checkout — perfect for birthdays, holidays, and pet parent celebrations.

5. Can I preview the artwork before printing?

We do not send previews by default to avoid delays, but if you have specific concerns, reach out and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

6. How do I choose the best photo?

Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is visible. Front-facing images work best, with no heavy shadows or filters.

7. Do you edit or retouch photos?

We manually illustrate or stylize your pet based on your photo. We don't enhance photos directly, but we create beautiful artwork inspired by them.

8. What materials are used in your products?

Our tablecloths, aprons, and napkins are made from durable, high-quality polyester-blend fabrics that are soft, washable, and long-lasting.

9. Are your items machine washable?

Yes! All of our products are machine washable on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to maintain vibrancy.

10. Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery time depends on the destination.

11. Is expedited shipping available?

Yes, expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location. If not visible, contact us and we’ll check for you.

12. How can I apply a discount code?

You can enter your discount code at checkout. Only one discount can be applied per order.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

14. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update your address. Contact us as soon as possible with your new details.

15. Will my product look exactly like the mockup?

Due to the custom nature and handmade touch, small differences may exist, making your piece truly one-of-a-kind.

16. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order is in production and cannot be canceled.

17. How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your package leaves our facility. It may take up to 48 hours to reflect tracking info.

18. What if my package is lost?

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days or is marked delivered but not received, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

19. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! We welcome custom bulk and corporate gifting inquiries. Please email us with your request for a custom quote.

20. Where are you based?

Naill Bark is proudly based in Bradenton, Florida. All orders are processed and quality-checked by our local team.
