After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your inbox. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your tracking email or need help locating your order, feel free to reach out to us.

🎨 Customization Questions

Our products are customized using the photo you upload. If you have any concerns about how your pet’s portrait will appear, or need to make changes after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to begin the design process quickly after confirmation.

🚚 Shipping Information

We offer free shipping within the United States and Europe. For all other destinations, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You can find full delivery timelines on our Shipping Info page.

πŸ“¦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We do our best to ensure every order is perfect. However, if your item arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Since all items are custom made, we begin processing quickly and may not be able to accommodate changes after this window.
